For the first time in our history, Woodmont Middle School has been named a School to Watch by the @nationalforumschoolstowatch. In South Carolina, there are currently 29 Schools to Watch, and nationally, there are just over 450 schools that have received this recognition. They are showcased throughout the state and the nation to promote best practices in education. Our community, Acadia is named after the iconic Acadia National Park on Mount Desert Island in Maine.
