The Saluda Run Neighborhood A Collection of Single-Family Homes

The Saluda Run neighborhood offers the chance to build a home outside of a village center. This phase possesses an offering of lots ranging from the Cottage to Estate size levels; with many of the Estate lots backing up to protected greenspace, residents now had a choice of more privacy while retaining Acadia’s dynamic sense of community. Continuing Acadia’s commitment to a walkable community, the second phase of Acadia added several new paved and unpaved trails. This included the addition of Cassie’s Run: a dog park in memory of the Freeman’s own beloved, family pet.
