The Village at Acadia THE TOWN CENTER OF ACADIA.

Started in 2006, the Village comprises the first phase of Acadia. Full of both connected and single-family products, this diverse phase of development is reminiscent of the small-town feeling which inspired the creation of the close-knit community. The Village includes a sampling of every product thus far in Acadia; this includes the Acadia TownHomes, TwinHomes, Gatehouses, Cottages, Manors, and Estates. The Village also includes all of Acadia’s current amenities: The PaddleHouse and RiverHouse, the Pavilion, the pool and PoolHouse, and the Holland Play Fields.
