Acadia’s newest product, the Pocket Park Cottages, are an exciting and innovative addition to the Acadia portfolio. These cottages offer some of Acadia’s popular features, such as the “lock-and-leave” lifestyle, energy-efficiency, aging-in-place design, and our commitment to living in balance with nature.
With 270 degrees of greenspace surrounding each cottage, these sixteen single-family homes outline the length of a village green to create a pocket park. Ranging in size from 1800 to 2500 heated square feet, these homes provide a multitude of selections and finishes for most any style and budget. Four units in four quadrants combine to create each pocket park community, with each quadrant center-facing.
